Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Processing time is normally completed within 24 hours Mon - Sat Below are the order cut off times:

Mon - Fri: Shipped same day if ordered by 2PM Eastern Time

Sat: Shipped same day if ordered by 10AM Eastern Time

Sun: Shipped following business day

Q: Do you ship globally? 

A: Yes, we do offer global shipping. Please keep in mind shipping cost will be higher on items shipped outside of the United States. We do offer Super Economy shipping which has a flat rate of $5.00. Shipping with this method is typically delivered within 3-4 weeks. Processing time is 1-7 days. Please note that only the following countries support this shipping method: 

Australia
Canada
Japan
Mexico
United Kingdom

Q: What is the return policy?

A: If you run into any problems with your order or simply do not like the item we offer free returns (with the exception of clearance items) and all items come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Please note you will need to pay for return shipping on non-defective items. 

 

Q: How long do backorder items take to be shipped?

A: This can vary depending on the item and demand. Typically we do our best to have these items back in stock within 7-10 days. An email will be sent to you with the estimated delivery time.

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: From time to time we will offer free shipping on items. Keep in mind any order over $50 will come with free shipping by default.
